Activation
Al-Fain is currently in its launch phase, so the one-time creator activation fee is currently offered at PKR 199 as a launch-phase promotional price instead of the original/standard PKR 500. The PKR 199 price can return to PKR 500 at any time, including before December 2026. This is an opportunity to join at the lower launch-phase price while it is available.
Monthly fee
The current FAQ says there is no monthly creator charge; creator activation is a one-time charge.

Fulfillment model
Al-Fain's main operational value is fulfillment: creators do not need to hold inventory or build their own printing and delivery infrastructure for the supported platform workflow.

Delivery: The current official FAQ states 3–7 working days across Pakistan. The homepage also markets a roughly 7-day delivery experience. Delivery coverage and timing can change by location and courier conditions, so the current official information should be checked before promising an exact date.

How creators make money
Creators choose their available profit/royalty amount for supported listings. When an eligible order is completed, the creator's earnings are credited to their platform balance according to the current creator terms.
Top/high-performing creators can earn substantially more because creator earnings depend on the number of successful sales, the profit set per item, and the creator's promotion and audience. There is no single fixed income amount for a top creator.
Normal payout
3% payout fee. Normal payouts are generally processed within 3–5 business days, with the normal processing window operating on Mondays for 24 hours.
Urgent payout
8% payout fee. Urgent payouts are generally processed within 24–48 hours and are available 24/7.
Payout fees, timing and operational rules can change, so the current Creator Studio/help information should be checked when an exact current payout condition is needed.
Milestone rewards — same design
50 shirts of the same single design → PKR 15,500
100 shirts of the same single design → PKR 31,000
Milestone rewards — different designs
50 shirts across different designs → PKR 14,000
100 shirts across different designs → PKR 28,000
These milestone rewards are intended to help creators recover advertising spend after reaching the qualifying sales targets. If qualifying sales are achieved organically without advertising spend, the milestone reward can become additional profit. Rewards are subject to the applicable current terms and should not be described as guaranteed advertising reimbursement.

Connect your own website with Al-Fain
Users can connect their own website with Al-Fain to use Al-Fain POD services. Orders placed through the connected website can be directed into the user's specific Al-Fain account. If the supported automatic forwarding flow is used, the order can be forwarded directly to the relevant fulfillment hub, where it is processed and delivered.

Important customer and creator rules
- Products are custom-made/printed; “change of mind” and incorrect size selection generally do not qualify for replacement/refund.
- Official return policy provides replacement pathways for major manufacturing defects, wrong item/size/color, significant print-quality problems or wrong print placement, subject to its stated process.
- Customers should contact support within the published time window and provide proof/details for a defect claim.
- Orders generally cannot be canceled after printing has started; the FAQ describes a limited pre-production cancellation window.
- Creators should upload original, high-resolution artwork and avoid copyright/policy violations.
- Approved/live designs may not be editable in place; creators can upload a new version where supported.
