What is Al-fain?
Al-fain is Pakistan's premium Print-on-Demand platform where artists can sell their designs on high-quality apparel, and customers can buy unique, custom-printed clothing.
Is the 500 PKR activation fee refundable?
No, the 500 PKR fee is a one-time non-refundable charge used to verify your creator account and maintain the quality of our design community.
How long does delivery take?
We deliver across Pakistan in 3 to 7 working days. Our team will contact you on WhatsApp after your order to confirm all details.
What fabric quality do you provide?
We use 100% Combed Cotton. Depending on your choice, we offer Basic (Standard), Popular (Premium), and High-Quality (Heavyweight) fabrics.
How do I receive my creator earnings?
Since Al-fain collects advance online payments from buyers, your earnings are credited directly to your creator wallet as soon as the order is completed. You can request a standard withdrawal (5% fee) during our weekly window from Sunday 12:00 AM to Tuesday 12:00 AM, and the payment will be sent. Urgent withdrawals requested outside this window incur a 10% fee.
Can I upload my own designs?
Yes, creators can upload their own custom designs and start selling immediately after approval.
Do I need design experience?
No, anyone can start. We also provide simple tools and templates to help beginners create designs.
How much can I earn?
Earnings depend on your design sales. Top creators can earn from 10,000 PKR to 100,000+ monthly.
Is there any monthly fee?
No, there are no monthly charges. Only a one-time activation fee for creators.
What products can I sell?
You can sell T-shirts, hoodies, mugs, caps, tote bags, jackets, and more.
How do I track my orders?
After placing an order, you will receive updates on my order page & via WhatsApp.
Can I cancel my order?
No, orders cannot be canceled once they are confirmed and printing has started. Every apparel item is custom-made and printed specifically for you. Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placement, before printing begins.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept EasyPaisa, JazzCash, and bank transfers.
Is COD available?
Currently, Cash on Delivery (COD) is disabled, but it will be launched and available soon. For now, we only accept online payments and bank transfers (EasyPaisa, JazzCash, and direct bank transfers).
How are designs approved?
As soon as you upload a design, it goes live on the platform. Our team reviews it within 24–48 hours. If the design violates copyright or any platform policy, it will be removed. Otherwise, it will remain live.
Can I withdraw earnings anytime?
Yes, but the fees and processing times depend on when you request it. Standard withdrawals with a 5% fee can be requested during our weekly window from Sunday 12:00 AM to Tuesday 12:00 AM. Any withdrawal requested outside of this 48-hour window is processed as an Urgent payout, which incurs a 10% fee and takes 24 to 48 hours. A minimum balance of 500 PKR is required in all cases.
What happens if my design is rejected?
You will be notified with feedback so you can improve and resubmit your design.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only deliver within Pakistan, but international shipping is coming soon.
Can I change my design after uploading?
No, once a design is approved and live, it cannot be changed. You can upload a new version instead.
Is customer support available?
Yes, our support team is available via WhatsApp and email from 10 AM to 10 PM daily.
Q21. Why do we ask for a TRX ID? Why doesn't Alfain process direct payments?
We ask for the TRX ID so that we can manually verify your payment. If we integrate direct payment APIs such as Easypaisa or JazzCash, payments can be confirmed automatically, but these services may deduct payment gateway/transaction charges or commissions from each payment. These additional charges could increase the overall cost of our products. To keep our product prices affordable and avoid passing these extra costs on to our customers, we currently use TRX ID-based payment verification.
