Our Quality Promise

At Al-fain, every product is custom-printed especially for you. We conduct a thorough quality check before dispatching any order. However, if your item is faulty, we are here to help. Since all products are made-to-order, we do not offer returns or refunds for "change of mind" or incorrect size selection. Please check the Size Guide before ordering.

Eligibility for a Free Replacement

We offer a free replacement of your item under the following conditions:

We Will Replace If:

  • The product has a major manufacturing defect (e.g., torn fabric).
  • You received the wrong item, size, or color from what you ordered.
  • The print quality is blurry, faded, or significantly different from the online mockup.
  • The print is on the wrong placement (e.g., on the back instead of the front).

We Cannot Replace If:

  • You chose the wrong size. Please consult our size chart.
  • There is a slight color difference (5-10%) due to screen display settings.
  • The item was damaged due to harsh washing (e.g., using bleach).
  • You no longer want the item (change of mind).

How to Request a Replacement

  1. Contact Us Within 48 Hours: You must contact our support team on WhatsApp at +92 310 3479864 or email help@al-fain.pk within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Provide Proof: Attach clear photos or a short video of the defect and your order details (Order ID or phone number).
  3. Review Process: Our team will review your request within 24 hours.
  4. Resolution: If your request is approved, we will dispatch a free replacement for your item. In most cases, you do not need to send the faulty item back to us.

Refunds: Refunds are only processed if a replacement is not possible or the item is out of stock. Approved refunds will be sent to your EasyPaisa/JazzCash account.
