Terms & Conditions

1. Creator Account Activation

To start selling on Al-fain, creators must pay a one-time activation fee of 500 PKR. This fee is non-refundable and covers account verification and studio access.

2. Intellectual Property

By uploading a design, you confirm that you own the rights to that artwork. Al-fain is not responsible for copyright violations committed by users. We reserve the right to remove any design that violates intellectual property laws.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically processed and delivered within 3 to 7 working days across Pakistan. Delivery times may vary during holidays or extreme weather conditions.

4. Returns & Refunds

Since every product is custom-printed based on your design/choice, we only accept returns if:

• The product has a manufacturing defect.
• The print quality is significantly different from the design.
• The wrong size or item was delivered.

5. Payouts

Creators can request a withdrawal once their balance reaches 500 PKR. Payouts are processed via EasyPaisa or JazzCash within 24-48 hours of approval.

6. Account Termination & Data Erasure

Users may terminate their partnership with Al-fain at any time. If you wish to close your account and remove your data from our servers, you must follow our official deletion process:

1. Submit a formal request via your registered email to help@al-fain.pk.
2. Ensure all pending payouts have been cleared (requests cannot be processed with a remaining balance).
3. Once confirmed, your access to the Creator Studio will be revoked, but your designs will continue to remain published and accessible on the platform.

Al-fain reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate our community guidelines or copyright policies without prior notice.
