1. Creator Account Activation & Anti-Fraud Policy
To start selling on Al-fain, creators must pay a one-time activation fee of 500 PKR. This fee is non-refundable and covers account verification and studio access.
Strict Rules on Fraud/Abuse: Submitting fake transaction proofs, manipulating digital payment slips, or providing fraudulent TRX IDs will lead to the immediate and permanent suspension of your creator account. All accumulated wallet balances on suspended accounts will be permanently forfeited.
2. Design Ownership & Intellectual Property Rules
We hold strict policies regarding original designs and unauthorized intellectual property usage:
- No Counterfeit Designs: You are strictly prohibited from uploading counterfeit designs. Copying or publishing unauthorized replicas of any established brand's artwork is forbidden.
- Copyright Restrictions: Uploading copyrighted or trademarked material belonging to third parties, including brands (e.g., Nike, Adidas), entertainment franchises (e.g., Marvel, Disney), or popular Anime series without explicit, written permission is strictly prohibited.
Creator Design Responsibility: Al-fain is not responsible for any copyright or trademark infringements committed by users. The creator bears sole legal responsibility for any uploaded artwork. If a complaint is filed by a copyright owner or brand, the infringing design will be removed immediately and the creator's account may be suspended.
3. Platform Fee & Profit Setup
Al-fain operates on a transparent, flat-fee model to help creators build sustainable brand margins:
- Platform Order Share: Al-fain retains a flat fee of 20-30 PKR per order to manage printing, quality inspections, packing, and overall production operations.
- Creator Profit Margins: Creators have complete autonomy to set their own profit or royalty margins on top of the base product production cost.
4. Wallet Credits, Fees & Withdrawal Options
Because Al-fain collects payments from customers in advance (prepaid online payments), your earned profit is credited directly to your creator wallet as soon as an order is marked complete. To withdraw these funds, the following terms apply:
- Minimum Threshold: You can request a withdrawal once your cleared creator wallet balance reaches a minimum of 500 PKR.
- Standard Payouts (5% Fee): Standard withdrawal requests can be submitted during our weekly 48-hour window from Sunday 12:00 AM to Tuesday 12:00 AM. All requests placed during this standard window are processed and sent subject to a 5% withdrawal fee.
- Urgent Payouts (10% Fee): Any withdrawal request submitted outside of the Sunday-to-Tuesday standard window is processed as an urgent payout. Urgent payouts are processed within 24 to 48 hours and are subject to an urgent 10% withdrawal fee.
5. Order Cancellation Policy
All items on our platform are custom-made according to the customer's choice or design:
No Cancellations After Confirmation: Once an order is confirmed by the customer and goes into printing production, it cannot be canceled. Every product is strictly made-to-order.
6. Payment Methods & Cash on Delivery (COD) Status
COD Status Update: Cash on Delivery (COD) is temporarily disabled but will be launched and available soon. For now, we only accept prepaid online payments and direct bank transfers. Order printing and processing will only begin once payment verification is successfully completed.

- Direct Bank Transfer
7. Account Termination
Users may terminate their partnership with Al-fain at any time. If you wish to close your account and remove your data from our servers, you must follow our official deletion process:
- Submit a formal request via your registered email to help@al-fain.com.
- Ensure all pending payouts have been cleared (requests cannot be processed with a remaining balance).
- Once confirmed, your access to the Creator Studio will be revoked, but your designs will continue to remain published and accessible on the platform.
Al-fain reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate our community guidelines, intellectual property rules, or engage in any fraudulent activity without prior notice.
