Common issues and how to fix them quickly.

If you have submitted your 500 PKR activation fee and TRX ID, verification can take up to 24-48 hours. Please do not submit multiple requests.

Solution: Wait for 48 hours. If still locked, contact us with your Email and TRX ID screenshot.

Suspensions usually happen due to Copyright Violation, Fake TRX IDs, or using multiple accounts for fraudulent activity.

Solution: Check your email for a suspension note. To appeal, send your account details to appeals@al-fain.pk.

If you see an "Authentication Failed" error, double-check your email or use the reset password option on the login page.

Solution: Clear your browser cache or try logging in from a Private/Incognito window.

If you entered the wrong wallet number during signup, you can update it in your profile settings before requesting a withdrawal.

Solution: Go to My Account > Update Profile to save your correct wallet details.
